"When we were first acquainted with Anthony, My husband and I were in the beginning stages of foreclosure. We had tried numerous times to get help from the mortgage company and could not get help. When we contacted Anthony Chavez to try to short-sale our house, he was very knowledgeable in knowing just what to do. He helped us by being very open and honest with us and told us just what he was going to do to help. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done to get the short sale going. He kept in constant contact with us as things progressed through the sale. We were not very knowledgeable as to what to do to stop foreclosure. As time progressed through the sale, we were under the understanding that we were not to be living in the house and that was not the case. The mortgage company was kept in constant contact and they found out that the property was vacant and in order to do a short sale the property had to be occupied. The mortgage company had closed the file and was in the process of foreclosing on the property. If it was not for Anthony Chavez doing everything that he did we would now be in foreclosure. He made numerous phone calls and emails to the mortgage company to get the file reopened. We continued with the short sale process. We moved back into the house and within a few weeks, we had a signed contract on the house.
My husband and I want to thank Anthony Chavez for all that he did for us. You could not ask for a better person who knows his job and knows how to get the job done. He is a good person and will work very hard for any of his clients. We want to say THANKS ANTHONY for doing his job and keeping us out of foreclosure. We know that if we ever need a Realtor again he will be the first person we contact and will recommend him to anyone.

"Yesterday I was blessed enough to have something that I have dreamed of for years happen. The owners of this land outside of Fairplay, accepted our offer.

Jen and I both had completely different criteria. I did not want it on the 1-70 corridor and at least 100 miles from Denver. I also wanted it outside any power grid, homeowners associations, etc. She wanted trees and a stream (and other things too, but those were big ones).

This is where a longtime friend of our family and Real Estate agent, Anthony Chavez came in. For the past 3 years, he has diligently sent me land listings while I watched and waited for something that works to come up. When it did, Anthony has been “Johnny on the spot” and worked on this over weekends, nights, etc.

Mind you, this land only cost the price of a used car. But you would think that Anthony and I were working on the sale of a 2 million dollar house as hard as he worked.
